Zu den diätologisch relevanten Themenschwerpunkten aus der Lehrveranstaltung Klinische Diätetik und Diätologischer Prozess in den Bereichen Endokrinologie, Stoffwechsel, Rheumatischer Formenkreis werden Ernährungsstatus, Ernährungsprinzipien, ernährungstherapeutische Zielparameter erstellt, die Auswirkungen diätologischer Maßnahmen auf die Gesamtversorgung kritisch und wissenschaftlich fundiert beurteilt, sowie Rezepte aus Tages- und Wochenspeiseplänen berechnet und optimiert.
