Research Center Health Sciences

The interprofessional Research Center Health Sciences (formerly INDICATION) investigates the effectiveness of therapeutic applications, the validity of diagnostic assessments and the evidence of health science issues. We conduct research and development in the fields of locomotion science, biomedical research, health literacy and we survey food consumption and physical activity.

  • two separate running belts with force measuring plates
  • self-regulating speed via 3D system
  • right / left interference pulses up to 5 cm

  • interactivity of the 3D data with virtual reality and the treadmill using D-Flow software in real time
  • display of parameters (e.g. knee angle) as real-time feedback in the projection
