Research Center Sustainability Assessment and Packaging Solutions

Current developments and framework conditions are exerting great pressure on packaging producers and users to innovate and act in a sustainable and future-oriented manner. Recyclable and safe materials and their evaluation are essential to guarantee sustainable production and use. The research center addresses these challenges by developing suitable packaging, safety assessments and projects and methods to determine the potential environmental impact and safety.
This results in clear benefits for society and the environment.
